As I am moving out I rent my room. The nice room is 18-meter square fully furnished with all necessary equipment (bed, wardrobe, disk). with shared kitchen and bathroom, the room has an open balcony to the garden you can sit and have a drink outside the room. The room is the best for students of HHU Dusseldorf its 10 minutes walking to the university, Also is good for workers as it's near the main connection to the city center and Dusseldorf suburbs.
The flat is located in two shared flat in a lovely neighborhood which is very quiet and nice place. The room is very close to HHU university so you can reach the university in 5 minutes using the 731 or the 735 bus from the Ott-Hahn street bus stop or Mendlweg bus stop.
Moreover, in 15 minutes you can reach the Dusseldorf central station in 15 minutes using the U77 and you can reach the city center the Aldstadt using the U71, U83.
The Rewe and Aldi are 10 minutes walking distance Also, there are a pharmacy, restaurants and coffee shop and you can reach those also using the use the 731 or 735 buses.
We are relaxed two students like to cook, have fun and have some drinks on our balcony, of course beside our study. We are not a pure purpose WG, so you should understand each other well ... the rest
will come up automatically. Best to get to know every other As I am moving out so you will stay with my flate mate Omar he study enineering at the University
The room can be rented for one month or two months from my flatmate until the first of August or September as you wish and after that, you can sign a full contract with the landlord from the start of September.
