Hi,
I am looking for a single room from April(or earlier)(clean, not a mess and hopefully without furniture unless it's a drawer for clothes->I will not buy anyone's furniture) in a shared accommodation with friendly and clean people (preferably professionals), in an insulated (if possible) and MOLD FREE building, for 200-300 EUR per month including utilities and internet. A washing machine would be a nice asset.
It would also be nice if either a bus or train stop would be around.

About me:
I am a professional and very young looking fella(30y.o.) and need to get up early in the morning so I am not sure if I am a good match for a group of students.^^
I would preferably move together with other professionals.
I socialize but I need time for myself, too.
I am open for group events like cooking together, watching a movie or going out from time to time. I also love to have conversations in English so I wouldn't mind to share with English folks.
