Das Haus befindet sich ganz nah zur Haltestelle Flingern S-Bahnhof; direkte Verbindungen zu Bahnlinien S8 und S28 und den Straßenbahnlinien 709 und 706. Die U-Bahn Haltestellen Lindemannstraße und Kettwiger Straße sind höchstens 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ebenfalls sind viele Märkten und Läden bis zu 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Man darf frei auf unserer Straße parken, aber es ist nicht immer leicht, einen Parkplatz zu finden.

The house is located very close to the station Flingern S-Bahnhof; direct connections to the trains S8 and S28 and the tram lines 709 and 706. The subway stations Lindemannstraße and Kettwiger Straße are 10 minutes away at most by foot. Similarly, there are many markets and shops reachable within 10 minutes.

One can freely park on our street, but it is not always easy to find a parking space.

In our WG we have a relaxed living together. Last year we had a very international group. You meet occasionally in the kitchen, everyone likes to cook (but not always happens together), we like to watch something on big television in the evening, and everyone makes their part in cleaning up (we have not set an official cleaning plan).

- I (Andrew), 37, am an American who has lived in Germany for 11 years. I am a church musician. I'm standing on foreign languages and I've always got reserves of coffee, beer and hot sauces. I was nerd at that time; Have played board, card and video games (Nintendo64 fan). I cook eggs daily for breakfast and also have a very sarcastic sense of humor.

- Elsa, 5 is my dear, sweet nurse. She likes to walk on the Rhine, likes to lie under good company and finds Tasterlis fully horny. It is really chilly and is mostly on the sofa during the day. She barks very rarely and joyfully welcomes our roommates when they come in.

- Lena, 22, comes from Austria and works as a florist. She is a vegetarian, but she likes to cook (and above all a very good Kaiserschmarrn). It is very open and humorous and also appreciates to discover and enjoy the offers of the city.

- Debby, 27, comes from Münster and also arrives on June 1. After her Master's degree, she starts her first big job

- Debby, 27, comes from Münster and wants to be moving in on 1 June. Having completed her Master's Degree, she's now beginning her first major job.

In unserer WG haben wir ein entspanntes Zusammenleben. Im vergangenen Jahr hatten wir eine sehr internationalen Gruppe. Man trifft sich gelegentlich in der Küche, jeder kocht gern (aber passiert nicht immer zusammen), wir schauen abends gerne etwas am großen Fernsehen, und jeder macht seinen Teil beim Saubermachen (wir haben keinen offiziellen Putzplan festgelegt).

Sie ist wirklich chillig und liegt tagsüber größtenteils auf dem Sofa. Sie bellt ganz selten und freudig begrüßt unsere Mitbewohner, wenn sie reinkommen.

- Lena, 22, kommt aus Österreich und arbeitet als Floristin. Sie ist Vegetarierin, aber kocht sehr gerne (und vor allem ein sehr gutes Kaiserschmarrn). Sie ist sehr offen und humorvoll, und schätzt es auch, die Angebote der Stadt zu entdecken und genießen.

- Debby, 27, kommt aus Münster und zieht auch zum 1. Juni ein. Nach ihrem Master-Abschluss beginnt sie ihre erste große Anstellung

- Dog friendly people are a must:) It would be nice if you could tell me a bit about your experiences with dogs (if available).

- It is planned that my fiancée (which currently lives abroad) arrives in mid-July and is moving in, so there are circumstances with a possible room exchange.
- Very important! I'll probably get out in October. Because I'm the main tenant, it's not clear what's going to happen to the apartment. Unless a solution is found, there is a risk of staying in the apartment only until October. Please explain in your message that you understood this.

- Die Küche ist gut ausgerüstet. Im Bad gibt es nur eine Dusche (keine Badewanne).
- Hundefreundliche Menschen ist ein Muß :) Es wäre schön, wenn Du mir ein bisschen von Deinen Erfahrungen mit Hunden (falls vorhanden) erzählen kannst.
- Das Haus hat einen Hinterhof, und im Keller gibt's auch einen kleinen Abstellraum.
- Es ist vorgesehen, dass meine Verlobte (die aktuell im Ausland wohnt) Mitte Juli anreist und zieht ein, deswegen gibt es die Umstände mit einem möglichen Zimmertausch.
- Ganz wichtig! Ich werde wahrscheinlich im Oktober ausziehen. Weil ich Hauptmieter bin, ist es nicht klar, was mit der Wohnung geschehen wird. Außer wenn eine Lösung gefunden wird, gibt es das Risiko, nur bis Oktober in der Wohnung bleiben zu können. Bitte in Deiner Nachricht erläutern, dass Du dies verstanden hast.
