So gesehen handelt es sich hierbei nicht wirklich um eine WG. Ich bin der Mieter von einer Zweizimmerwohnung, jedoch vereise ich von 17.3 bis Mitte/Ense April und vermiete mein Zimmer für einen Monat (zwei wären auch möglich).
Es wurden paar Dinge umgestellt. Das Zimmer sieht nicht mehr exakt so aua.
Die Wohnung liegt im Asia Viertel. Drumherum gibt es unzählige Bars und Restaurants. Du kommst zu Fuß in 6-7 Minuten zur Königsallee, 3-4 Minuten zum Hbf und 15 Minuten zur Altstadt. Alternativ kannst du die U-Bahn (2 Minuten Fußweg) nehmen, die dich innerhalb von 2 Minuten in die Altstadt befördert. (Heinrich-Heine-Allee) Die Wohnung liegt also sehr zentral, du hast aber dennoch deine Ruhe in der Wohnung!
Es ist, wie gesagt nicht wirklich eine WG. Je nachdem wie du lange du bleiben wirst, wirst du hauptsächlich alleine sein.
