Hallo, da ich bald ausziehen werde, wird ab dem 01. Juni mein schönes WG-Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster und ist dadurch lichtdurchflutet. Ein Kleiderschrank vom Vermieter steht drin und wird mitvermietet. Bei Interesse kann das Bett übernommen werden. Ansonsten bietet das Zimmer Platz für alles, was man so braucht.
Die WG hat außerdem eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein geräumiges Bad mit Eckbadewanne, eine eigene Waschmaschine und ein zweites, separates Gäste-WC. Nebenkosten (Heizung, Strom, Wasser) und Internet sind inklusive.

Hello, as I will be moving out soon, my nice shared room will be available from June 1st. The room has two large windows and is therefore flooded with light. A closet from the landlord is included in the room. If you are interested, I can leave my bed inside. Otherwise, the room offers space for everything you need.
The shared flat also has a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with corner bath, its own washing machine and a second, separate guest WC. Additional costs (heating, electricity, water) and internet are all included.
Die Wohnung ist mitten in der Duisburger Innenstadt am Rande der Königsstraße gelegen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel wie Bus und U-Bahn erreicht man innerhalb von 2-3 Minuten. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es 10-15 Minuten zur Uni, mit den Öffis ähnlich lange.
Der Hauptbahnhof ist keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und vor der Haustür befindet sich auch eine Nextbike-Station.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The apartment is located in the center of Duisburg on the edge of Königsstraße. Public transport such as buses and the subway can be reached within 2-3 minutes. It is 10-15 minutes to the university by bike and a similar time by public transport.
The main station is less than a 10-minute walk away and there is also a Nextbike station on the doorstep.
Shopping facilities and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity.
Unser WG-Leben ist gesellig und gleichzeitig gemütlich. Gemeinsame Spiel- oder Kochabende sind willkommen, aber seine Ruhe zu haben ist auch immer möglich.
In der WG wohnen aktuell Judith (28), Jafas (24) und Joshua (26).
