The apartment features a 2 room bedroom apartment, one bedroom is available for rent ( preferrably no less than 6 months), kitchen, bathroom and storage room in the basement. The rooms have a nice view, especially in Spring.
Best thing about our place is that it takes 4 mins walking to the hbf and a 2 stop tram to the university.
We have a washing machine, oven, fridge and freezer.
I would like to ask for 50 Euros for the newly bought fridge.
The furniture in the room is available and can be bought if want to live for ling term, we can talk about this more in detail.
A little bit about the flatmate: Her name is Yasmine, 28, enginnering student. She is studying at the university in Duisburg Essen. She has been in Germany for 6 years. She’s super nice, friendly in nature, provides you with a personal space and aids on clean apartment.
Pls be aware that this is not a Zweck- WG. It’s important to have a good relationship and have the place as homey as possible.
