Wir haben ein WG Zimmer von 17 m2 frei. Die Wohnung ist eine sanierte 115 qm Altbauwohnung mit einem Balkon in der großen Wohnküche. Die Zimmergrößen sind zwischen ca 17-25 qm. Das Badezimmer ist neu saniert. Boden sind mit Holzdielen verlegt. Die Decken sind 3,70 hoch. Die Fenster sind Iso-Kunststofffenster und geheizt wird mit Gas (Zentral-Gasheizung). Es gibt zusätzläch eine große Abstellkammer. Trinkwasser Filter und Entkalkungsanlage von Grünbeck.
Die Wohnung ist Zentrums-nah und alle nötigen Geschäfte, Restaurants, Cafe und Bars usw. befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Hauptbahnhof Düsseldorf befindet sich nur eine Station entfernt. Fürstenplatz ist direkt in der nähe (3 Minuten zu Fuß). Königsallee kann man auch zu Fuß in 7 Minuten erreichen.
Es wohnen zur Zeit 3 junge Damen in der Wohnung; Da Sie einen Praktikum für 1 Jahr ablegen sind sie in der Woche morgens früh aus der Wohnung. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und die Nachbarn sind ebenfalls ruhig und nett. Die WG Mitbewohnerin sind lieb und kommunikativ. Es ist auf jeden Fall eine ruhige WG und die Bewohnerinnen arbeiten in der Woche und Abends wird mal zusammen gekocht und mal zusammen was getrunken in der großen Wohnküche.
