Die Wohnung liegt in die Zentrum von Düsseldorf. Es gibt eine Ruhige platz und gute Verbindung. Nordstrasse U-Bahn ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß und die Haltestelle Venloer Strasse ist nur direkt am hinten den Wohnung. Aldi und Restaurant, Bäckerei ist nur weniger als 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Das zimmer gibt eine großes Fenster, also das zimmer ist ganz sonnige. Das zimmer hat 2 Schrank und ein Tisch, aber keine Bett. Es gibt eine Küche mit Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank usw. Die Keller kann man Sachen bleiben oder Wäsche waschen.
The Apartment is located in the central of Dusseldorf. It lies in a quiet street with good public transports. The "Nordstrasse" Underground is only less than 5 minutes by foot and "Venloer Strasse" Tram is only beside the apartment. There are plenty of supermarket, restaurants and bakery. No matter what you need, you're able to get it nearby, it's a very convenient place. The room has big windows and so that the room is always bright and sunny. Currently the room has 2 cupboard and one table, unfortunately, there aren't any bed in it for now. The kitchen is already furnished with Hotplates, Oven, Fridge etc. There's also a storage room within the apartment and another bigger ones in the basement, where the washing machine and dryer is.
701,706 707, 715 und Bus 722 sind direkt hinten den Wohnung. U79 und U78 braucht man nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
The connection for Tram 701, 706, 707, 715 and Bus 722 are just direct in front of the apartment. Underground - U78 and U79 are just 5 minutes walk away from the apartment by foot.
Ich heiße Wayne und ich suche ab sofort für ein Mitbewohner/in, weil ich die Wohnung letzte Woche gefunden habe. Ich studiere Informatik und arbeite ich Nebenzeit als ein Barista ( meisten Abends ), ich mag Kochen, Sports, Filmsehen, Reisen, Fotografie usw. Ich habe viele Hobby und ich möchte eine Nettes und Umgänglicher Mitbewohner/in finden. Die Wohnung ist bestimmt keine Zweck-WG. Machen ab und an mal was zusammen, verbringen, kochen zusammen oder trinken ein Bier oder Wein aber nicht jeden Abend miteinander und jeder macht auch mal die Tür hinter sich zu.
My name is Wayne and I look immediately for a Housemate (regardless male or female), because I just found this apartment luckily around last week. As you know it's difficult to look for an apartment in Dusseldorf. I study Computer Engineering and I work part time as a barista, normally in the evening. I enjoy cooking, doing sports, watching movie, travel, photography and more (I do have a lots of interests though). I have tons of hobbies and I would like to find a housemate who is nice and sociable as well. The apartment is definitely a "no-purpose flatshare" (As far as I know this is the term used by most german haha, but I hope you'll understand the meaning. If not, feel free to ask me) We could do things together such as cooking together or drinking wine or beer together, but not a must because some might need its privacy times.
