Wir sind eine 32er-WG in Düsseldorf, bunt international zusammengewürfelt, beruflich unterschiedlich orientiert, Männer und Frauen, im Alter von 22-42 Jahren.
Ab sofort sind bei uns 5 Zimmer frei, teilweise möbliert (siehe Fotos), man muss aber nichts behalten, wenn man nicht mag :)
-> Zimmer 1: 12m² / 340€ (Nordseite, Teppichboden)
-> Zimmer 2: 14m² / 340€ (Südseite, Teppichboden)
-> Zimmer 3: 23m² / 550€ (Nordseite, Teppichboden)
Die Miete ist bereits inkl. Nebenkosten (Wasser, Heizkosten etc.), Strom, Internet und Sky.
Wir teilen uns:
- ein XXL-Wohn-/Esszimmer (mit Sofa-Ecke, Esstisch, Kicker usw.)
- eine XXL-Küche (2 Herde/Backöfen, 2 Spülmaschinen, mehrere Kühlschränke etc.)
- Gemeinschaftsduschen und -Toiletten (für Männer und Frauen getrennt).

We are a 32 person WG in Düsseldorf, mixed and aged from 22-42
Currently we have 5 rooms available, partly with furniture (see picture), but you don't have to keep it:
-> Room 1: 12m² / 340€ (northside, carpeted floor)
-> Room 2: 14m² / 340€ (southside, carpeted floor)
-> Room 3: 23m² / 550€ (northside, carpeted floor)
The rent includes all extra charges including electricity, water, heating, Wifi and Sky.
We share:
- a huge living room/kitchen with all of the amenities (incl. a very important football table)
- bathrooms and showers (seperately for men and women)
- a sauna with a whirlpool bathtub, TV room, washing machines and driers
- common basement storage room

- Wir sind eine Riesen-WG im Herzen Pempelforts. Das bedeutet, in der gemeinsamen Küche ist man selten alleine, sondern trifft den einen oder anderen zum gemeinsamen Schnack. Solltest du jedoch deine Ruhe und Privatsphäre brauchen, findest du diese selbstverständlich in deinem Zimmer.
- Wir sind alle berufstätig, sodass während der Woche der normale Alltag herrscht. Am Wochenende wird die WG dann häufig lebendiger. Generell unternehmen wir wenn möglich was zusammen (z.B. Feiern, Sport und sogar gemeinsame Reisen).
- Wir legen sehr viel Wert auf gemeinschaftlichen Austausch und Einbindung in die WG, sind also alles andere als eine Zweck-WG. Warum will man auch sonst in einer 32er WG wohnen?!?
- Jeder übernimmt einen Dienst in der WG (z.B. verschiedene Putzdienste, Besorgungen für die WG, Post verteilen etc.) und ist für seine eigene Ordnung verantwortlich, um die WG in Stand zu halten.
- Jeden Samstag und Sonntag brunchen wir gemeinsam im Wohnbereich.
- In der WG wohnen Personen verschiedener Kulturen und Nationalitäten zusammen. Offenheit und gegenseitiger Respekt ist daher selbstverständlich, doch jede Meinung ist willkommen.

- Obviously, we are a pretty huge WG, but we all hang out a lot so if you sit in the kitchen you'll seldom be alone. But if you need space and privacy it's no problem to pull back to your room.
- We are a working WG, so most of the action tends to happen at weekends. Generally we do a lot together (e.g. celebrating, sport and travels)
- We really value a social and communal environment and are looking for people who want to join in with us and are up for a laugh. Still everyone gets a wg duty (e.g. different cleaning jobs, purchases for the wg, bring in mail etc.) and cleans up after him-/herself so we don't end up living in a filthy trash :)
- We brunch together on weekends (I know, it's very cute).
- We are a mix of cultures and nationalities, so mutual respect is super important.

Über eine WG-Kasse (aktuell 45 Euro pro Person und Monat) finanzieren wir eine Putzfrau (Gemeinschaftsflächen und Bäder), den Brunch und allgemeinen Haushaltsbedarf wie Putzmittel, Klopapier, Küchenutensilien usw.
Die WG kann man eigentlich nur schwer in Worten beschreiben, man muss sie erleben. Also melde dich doch einfach bei uns mit einer schönen Beschreibung von dir und komm am besten am Wochenende zum Brunch oder unter der Woche abends auf ein Bierchen vorbei. Dann können wir uns gegenseitig kennenlernen.

Wir nehmen leider keine Studenten auf, sondern nur Vollzeitbeschäftigte. Anfragen von Studenten können wir daher leider nicht beantworten, sorry. 🤷🏽♂️
Da wir viele Anfragen bekommen, müssen wir vorab schauen, ob du zu uns in diese eher ungewöhnliche WG passt. Schreibe uns daher bitte ein paar Sätze über dich. Das hilft uns und letztlich auch dir um einiges weiter :)

Everyone pays an extra 45 Euros per month which covers our cleaning lady (shared areas and bathrooms), the brunch, all the housecleaning supplies (like washing powder/ kitchen roll and the like) and also larger purchases for the WG.
It's pretty hard to imagine what it's like here so if it sounds interesting to you just send us a message with a bit about yourself and we can arrange for you to come in and meet everyone at the weekend for brunch or during the week for a beer in the evening.

We don't take students- only people working full time. We won't answer any other applications sorry. We get quite a lot of applications, so please include a little about yourself so we can see if its a good match :)
