Das Zimmer ist hell, gemütlich und gut geeignet zum lernen und leben. Zudem es ist teilmöbliert mit Bettgestell, Nachttisch und Schrank, überdies hat es 3 Fenster.
Durch Dielenboden und Fachwerkhaus besitzt der Raum eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre.
Die Küche ist vollausgestattet mit Geschirr, Kochutensilien, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach und -das Wichtigste- eine Spülmaschine.
Das Haus liegt zentral in Dußlingen. Man braucht ca. 8 min bis zum Bahnhof und Rewe oder Netto sind genauso schnell zuerreichen. Gegenüber befindet sich eine Sparkasse und eine Apotheke. In unmittelbarer Nähe beinden sich auch zwei Döner-Läden. In der Nähe ist ein malerischer Fluss (die Steinlach) die zum Schritte sammeln einläd.
Wir sind auf jeden Fall keine Zweck-Wg. Wir machen gerne gemeinsame Pizza Abende und Trips zum Rewe. Abends plaudern wir gerne bei einer Tasse Tee über Gott und die Welt.
Im Erdgeschoss bedindet sich ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Dort ist auch genug Platz seine Wäsche aufzuhängen.
Der Abstellplatz für die Fahrräder befindet sich hinter dem Haus.
