Im Keller befindet sich neben dem Holzkeller auch die Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, ein Gefrierschrank und ein zusätzlicher Kühlschrank sowie ein richtiger Gewölbekeller.
Im 1. OG liegt u. A. auch das Badezimmer (mit Fenster) mit Doppelwaschbecken, Badewanne, Bidet u. Urinal.
Dann kommt Dein Reich - über die ganze Fläche des Hauses dein Zimmer im DG , hell mit Blick auf Gärten, Park u. die Dächer Dusslingens.
Der überdachte Balkon geht nach Süden ... hier kann man im Sommer auch wunderbar schlafen!
The house is located in the middle of the village, bus and train are within a few minutes.
Also mail, bakery, supermarket, bioshops, mediathek, churches... all within walking distance in a few minutes!
The train ride to Tübingen takes 7 minutes and is offered hourly, sometimes every 30 minutes. There are also developed cycling routes!
Das Haus befindet sich mitten im Ort, Bus und Bahn sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Ebenfalls Post, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Bioladen, Mediathek, Kirchen ... alles fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen!
Die Zugfahrt nach Tübingen dauert 7 Minuten und wird stündlich, manchmal auch alle 30 Minuten angeboten. Es gibt aber auch ausgebaute Radwege!

Wir sind eher Energie- u. Wassersparer; aber bitte nicht päpstlicher wie der Papst!
Gerne machen wir auch gemeinsame Spaziergänge oder Ausflüge, gemeinsame Essen ... alles, wie's grade passt!

The four-footed roommates Harry and Lonzo can be seen on the photos; both 13 years old and from animal welfare; very slim and always grateful customers for string units (or leaks)!
In addition to the balconies there is also a large courtyard; here is celebrated, grilled, chilled, sunbathed!
And then another "green garden" with 2 high beds for fresh herbs, salads and tomatoes... and many flowers, birds, bees and bees!

The garage has space for your bike or the 2. Set of tires... the workshop is waiting for your users!
We'll probably be connected to the near heat network soon!

A liability for rent would be useful, household and Glass insurance is available.
Auf den Fotos sind die 4-füßigen Mitbewohner Harry und Lonzo zu sehen; beide 13 Jahre alt und aus dem Tierschutz; sehr schmusig und immer dankbare Abnehmer für Streicheleinheiten (oder Leckies)!
Neben den Balkonen gibt es auch noch einen großen Innenhof; hier wird gefeiert, gegrillt, gechillt, "gesonnenbadet"!
Und dann noch einen "grünen Garten" mit 2 Hochbeeten für frische Kräuter, Salat und Tomaten ... und viele Blumen, Vögel, Bienen und Käfer!
Gerne darf hier auch mitgewerkelt werden!
Die Garage hat Platz für dein Fahrrad oder den 2. Satz Reifen, ... die Werkstatt wartet auf Ihre Nutzer!
Wir werden vermutlich bald ans Nahwärmenetz angeschlossen!
GLASFASER nutzen wir bereits!
Eine Miethaftpflicht wäre sinnvoll, Hausrat u. Glasversicherung ist vorhanden.
