Das 20 qm große Zimmer kann gg. teilmöbliert (mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kommode, Lampen, etc.) oder auch leer angemietet werden.
The sublet room with appr. 20 sqm is partly furnished (with bed, desk, chairs, cupboard, lamps, etc.) and can be rented as such or empty if needed. All rooms are direct reachable from the hallway.
Die Gemeinschaftsräume, Küche und Bad sind mit Waschmaschine, Gasherd, Kühlschrank, Staubsauger und allen notwendigen Kochutensilien ausgestattet.
Shared rooms, kitchen and bath are fully furbished and equipted with washing machine, fridge, vacuum cleaner and all necessary pottery& cuttlery.

We are searching for someone (female/male), master student or joung professional to rent a room for 4 to 6 month at first. In case of mutual convenience sublease contract can be postponed for one year or longer.
Die Wohnung ist sowohl für Studierende an der HNEE (Hochschule für Nachhaltige Entwicklung Eberswalde) geeignet als auch für Arbeitende in Eberswalde und Berlin. Der Bahnhof ist ca. 10 min fußläufig erreichbar.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 15 min am Stadtcampus und der Innenstadt.
Mit dem RE3/24 kommt man in 35/45 min nach Berlin Gesundbrunnen od. Hauptbahnhof.
Im nahen Umkreis findest du fußläufig sowohl Supermärkte,wie Rewe und Lidl als auch DM, Apotheke, Kino und Restaurants.
