Für meine 11qm unterm Dach suche ich (Celine) von Juni bis August eine*n Zwischenmieter*in! Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer geselligen 3er WG und ist direkt beim Eberswalder Marktplatz gelegen, gemütlich im Hinterhof mit Uni, Kanal und Bushaltestelle direkt um die Ecke.
Das Zimmer:
- ca. 11 qm, 3 Fenster, Holzdecke
- Möbel bleiben drinnen (Palettenbett, Regale, Schreibtisch, Kleiderständer)
- Atmospherische Rankpflanze (Maracuja)
- Direkter Zugang zum Flachdach
Das Zimmer ist wirklich schön und im Sommer kann man morgens auf dem Dach frühstücken oder abends ein lecker Weinchen unter freiem Himmel schlürfen. Hin und wieder wurde das Dach auch schon zum privaten Sommerkino der WG. Da ich die Kletterpflanze in meinem Zimmer nicht mitnehmen kann, ist es mir ein Anliegen, das die drinbleibt und einmal die Woche gegossen wird.

I (Celine) am looking for a temporary tenant for my 11 sqm room under the roof from June to August! The room is in a friendly 3-person shared flat and is located right next to the Eberswalde market square, in a cosy backyard with the university, canal and bus stop just around the corner.
The room:
- approx. 11 square meters, 3 windows, wooden ceiling
- Furniture stays inside (pallet bed, shelves, desk, clothes rack)
- Atmospheric climbing plant (passion fruit)
- Direct access to the flat roof
The room is really beautiful and in summer you can have breakfast on the roof in the morning or sip a delicious glass of wine under the open sky in the evening. From time to time, the roof has also become the shared flat's private summer movie theatre. As I can't take the climbing plant in my room with me, it's important to me that it stays in and is watered once a week.

In der WG wohnen neben mir (Celine) auch Zilla (Hund), Leon und Hannes, beides LaNu Bachelorstudenten und ganz tolle Menschen. Leon spielt gerne Klavier, schaut leidenschaftlich Filme und bewegt sich viel und gerne draußen. Hannes lebt sich kreativ aus mit malen, Filme drehen und schneiden oder die Wohnung wird umdekoriert. Gelegentlich wird auch etwas Leckeres in der Küche gezaubert. Allgemein steht die Tür eigentlich immer offen für Freunde und wenn die Zeit da ist wird auch gerne etwas unternommen.
Shared flat life:
In addition to me (Celine), Zilla (dog), Leon and Hannes, both LaNu Bachelor students and really great people, also live in this shared flat. Leon likes to play the piano, is passionate about watching movies and enjoys being outdoors a lot. Hannes lives creatively by painting, shooting and editing films or redecorating the apartment. Occasionally he also conjures up something delicious in the kitchen. In general, the door is always open for friends and when there is time, we like to do things together.
Hannes vierbeinige Kompagnon wohnt auch in der WG, daher solltest du keine Allergie oder Angst vor Hunden haben.
Hanne's four-legged companion also lives in our shared flat, so you shouldn't be allergic or afraid of dogs.
