Ich suche ab November diesen Jahres einen neuen Mitbewohner.
Zu mir,
ich bin 21 Jahre alt und arbeite in Eckernförde.
Ich werde voraussichtlich Ende des Jahres ausziehen, somit wäre die Wohnung komplett frei.
Zur Wohnung,
Sie ist 80m^2 groß, hat eine Seperate Küche und Wohn- und Esszimmer.
In der Wohnung ist eine Waschmaschine und Trockner enthalten. Zudem gibt es einen Innenhof, den wir bis jetzt oft zum Grillen genutzt haben.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Rathaus, dementsprechend sind es 2 Minuten zum Rewe und 5 Minuten zum Strand.
Das verfügbare WG Zimmer ist ca 11m^2 groß, mit Fenster zum Innenhof. Der Mietbetrag für das einzelne Zimmer liegt bei ca 600€, die Gesamtmiete bei ca 1200€.
