Die Wohnung liegt in Edingen, zwischen Mannheim und Heidelberg, sodass man beide Städte gut erreichen kann. Die Wohnung umfasst ca 60 qm, hat zwei Zimmer, von denen eins meiner Schwester gehört und hat eine sehr große Küche mit Essbereich. Das Bad hat eine Dusche. Im Keller gibt es viel Stauraum. In der Küche gibt es eine Spülmaschine und im Keller eine neue Waschmaschine. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und bietet viel Stauraum.
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss in einer ruhigen Fußgängerzone und ist im Zentrum Edingens. In der Nähe sind zwei Bäckereien, die Post, die Apotheke und kleinere Läden. Zum Neckar sind es 4 Minuten. Den Garten der Vermieter darf mitbenutzt werden.
Zu dieser Zeit ist die Wohnung meistens leer stehend weil meine Schwester Semesterferien bis Mitte April hat und ich umgezogen bin.

The apartment is about 60 sqm, has two rooms, one of which belongs to my sister and has a very large kitchen with dining area. The bathroom has a shower. There is a lot of storage space in the basement. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen and a new washing machine in the basement. The room is furnished and has a lot of storage space.
The apartment is located on the first floor in a quiet pedestrian area and is in the center of Edingen. Nearby are two bakeries, the post office, pharmacy and smaller stores. To the Neckar river it is 4 minutes. The garden of the landlords may be shared. Mostly, no one else lives in the apartment because my sisters lectures do not start until mid April and I moved.
