Hallo,
das Zimmer von meinem Freund in seiner 4-er WG wird frei. Das Zimmer ist voll möbiliert (Couch, Bett,...) und misst ca. 20 qm. Die Wohnung an sich hat 122 qm auf zwei Etagen verteilt. Auch in den Gemeinschaftsräumen ist sie voll ausgestattet (incl. Spülmaschine). Die Wohnung hat außerdem einen Garten, um den sich natürlich gekümmert werden sollte.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage. In der Nähe gibt es viele Essensmöglichkeiten.
Zum Bahnhof sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Lidl, Rossmann,...) kann man schnell mit dem Auto erreichen.
Die drei Mitbewohner sind sehr freundliche DH-Studenten, weswegen sie ca. ein halbes Jahr in der Wohnung sind.
Die Wohnung kostet für Studenten, die nicht länger als ein halbes Jahr in der Wohnung sind 300€.
Für Vollbewohner kostet die Wohnung 350€.
Die Abstandszahlung ist auf Verhandlungsbasis.
