Die Größe des Zimmers beträgt ca. 12 qm und wird unmöbiliert sein.
Das Zimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss einer 4er WG. Es gibt eine Küche im 1. Stock, sowie ein Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss. Bad und Toilette sind getrennt, und befinden sich auch beide im Erdgeschoss. Draussen gibt es eine kleine raucherecke, eine extra Terasse und einen relativ großen Garten mit Gewächshaus und kleiner Gartenhütte.
Die Lage ist zentral. Es sind ca. 5 minuten zu Fuß in die Uni, 10 minuten zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit zu fuß. Theke, Nachti und Pub sind auch nur einen Katzensprung entfernt 😌
Die WG besteht aus noch 3 anderen Mädels, wir studieren alle im 5. Semester soziale Arbeit. Es werden immer wieder mal WG abende gemacht bei denen man einfach zusammensitzt, spielt oder redet. Es ist aber auch okay, wenn man mal seine ruhe haben möchte.
