As I go to Norway for a semester abroad, my cozy room will be available for an intermediate rental. It is located on the upper floor of our semi-detached house and has a few special highlights:
- a roof window with free view in the starry sky
- a separate sink
- a walk-in wardrobe
The room is fully furnished with:

Of course, I'll clear all the closets and make room for your stuff!
Da ich für ein Auslandssemester nach Norwegen gehe, wird mein gemütliches Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei. Es liegt im Obergeschoss unserer Doppelhaushälfte und hat ein paar besondere Highlights:

Our house is situated in a beautiful sunny hillside location with great views over Eichstätt. In a few minutes walk you reach:
- the city centre
- all university buildings
- Shopping facilities
- Outdoor pool
- Restaurants and pubs
- the old mill and hill overlooking our beautiful town
Despite the proximity to the city, we are quiet and green – perfect for a small break in the garden or on the terrace or a jogging round right in front of the front door. For your bike there is a garage available, parking for the car is also available.
Unser Haus liegt in wunderschöner sonniger Hanglage mit tollem Blick über Eichstätt. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichst du:
- die Innenstadt
- alle Unigebäude
- Einkaufsmöglichkeiten
- Freibad
- Restaurants und Kneipen
- die Altmühl und Hügel mit Blick auf unser schönes Städtchen
Trotz der Nähe zur Stadt sind wir ruhig und grün gelegen – perfekt für eine kleine Pause im Garten oder auf der Terasse oder eine Joggingrunde direkt vor der Haustür. Für dein Fahrrad steht eine Garage zur Verfügung, Parkplätze fürs Auto gibt es auch.
You will be part of a warm and relaxed WG with great community sense. We share:
- a large, well-equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, sofa, access to terrace & garden – our small chapel, as you will see ;))
- a bathroom with bathtub
- an additional guest toilet
- a washing machine in the basement and storage room for everything you don't need
In the garden we have grown a great vegetable and herbal beet that hopefully wears plenty again in the summer – you are welcome to grow!
Du wirst Teil einer herzlichen und entspannten WG mit großem Gemeinschaftssinn. Wir teilen uns:
- eine große, gut ausgestattete Wohnküche (inkl. Spülmaschine, Sofa, Zugang zu Terrasse & Garten – unsere kleine Kapelle, wie du dann sehen wirst ;))
- ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne
- eine zusätzliche Gästetoilette
- eine Waschmaschine im Keller und Stauraum für alles, was man gerade nicht braucht
Im Garten haben wir ein tolles Gemüse- und Kräuterbeet großgezogen, das im Sommer hoffentlich wieder reichlich trägt – gerne darfst du mitgärtnern!

Agnes (25) and Moritz (33), both academic staff at the university, currently live here. Under the week they are usually there during the day,
so it is pleasantly quiet in the house. The two are looking forward to a sympathetic, open and entertaining person who wants to contribute to the WG life.
We like to cook together in the evening and are happy to be out on the go whether jogging or in pubs.

also ist es im Haus dann angenehm ruhig. Die beiden freuen sich über eine sympathische, offene und unternehmungslustige Person, die sich ins WG-Leben einbringen möchte.
Wir kochen abends gerne zusammen und sind gerne draußen unterwegs ob beim joggen oder in Kneipen.
