Hallo! Wir sind Silke und Ronja (26 und 25 Jahre alt) und suchen ab sofort bis Ende Oktober eine*n Zwischenmieter*in für unsere kleine, aber feine WG im schönen Zähringen. Wann genau der Einzug ist, kann auch flexibel besprochen werden. Es geht auch zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt.
Das kannst du haben: ein schönes Zimmer mit stuckverziertem Altbaucharme und überhoher Decken, Echtholzparkett und zwei super Mitbewohnerinnen! Das Zimmer ist zurzeit unmöbliert!
Hey! We are Silke and Ronja (26 and 25 years old) and we are looking for an interim tenant for our small, but very nice and comfy apartment from now on until the end of October. It is no problem if you cannot move in right now. You can also move in later.
You can get: a beautiful room with a high ceiling and wooden floor and two super nice flatmates! Currently the room is not furnished.
Die WG liegt am Ortskern von Zähringen mit Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestelle in nächster Nähe. Ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind mehrere Bäckereien, Metzgereien, Volksbank und Sparkasse, Edeka, DM, die Post, ein Schreibwarenladen, Apotheken und sogar ein Optiker. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es zum Institutsviertel 12 Minuten, in die Innenstadt 17 (im Wettrennen mit der Straßenbahn). Auch die Uniklinik und die Technische Fakultät sind in 15 bzw. 12 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Wer die Natur liebt kommt ebenfalls auf seine Kosten, denn schnell ist auch der Wald und damit unzählige Lauf- und Wandermöglichkeiten erreicht (z.B. Rosskopf).
Our apartment is in the center of Zähringen. Public transport is right in front of the building. Also not far away are bakeries, a butcher, branch banks, post office, pharmacy and different supermarkets. With a bike you need around 17 minutes to the city centre ( in footrace to the tram). If you love nature, our apartment is the perfect place to live. The forest is right around the corner and you have a lot of hiking opportunities.
Das sind wir: Silke studiert Lehramt und bereitet sich aktuell aufs Staatsexamen vor. Ronja steckt im Wintersemester mitten in ihrer Masterarbeit. Wir sind eine sehr entspannte WG, die gerne mal zum Kochen oder Kaffee- und Teetrinken beisammensitzt – am liebsten auf dem Balkon, den wir vor kurzem erst umgestaltet haben. Dort befindet sich unser ganzer Stolz: unsere Balkonpflanzen, die wir fleißig hegen und pflegen, auf dass sie den Sommer überleben!
And here are you flatmates: Silke studies to be a teacher and is currently preparing for her state exam. Ronja is writing her master thesis this semester. We are a very relaxed and uncomplicated flat, we love to cook together from time to time or drink a coffee or tea while sitting on our beautiful balcony.
Die WG besteht sonst noch aus den Zimmern deiner Mitbewohner, einem typischen Altbaubad mit allem was man braucht (Dusche, WC) und eine gemütliche Küche mit Spülmaschine sowie einen schönen Balkon mit Ausrichtung nach Westen, perfekt für laue Sommerabende und Sternegucken. Im Keller befindet sich außerdem eine Waschmaschine und ein kleines Kellerabteil, in dem Dinge untergestellt werden können.
Generally the flat has 3 rooms (your flatmates live in two of them), one bathroom (including shower and toilet), a comfy kitchen with a dishwasher and our beautiful balcony. In the cellar of the building there is a washing machine and a small compartment to store some stuff.
