Australian student requiring WG in Emden from 1/08/11-29/02/12

My name is Luke and I am a 25 year old student from Queensland's Sunshine Coast. I am coming to study at the Fachhochschule Emden from the 1/08/11-29/02/12 and require a room for this time.

I am an estimator in the construction industry in Australia, a good tennis player/runner and do not smoke (However, it is not a big problem for me if room mates smoke). I am in my final year of university at the University of the Sunshine Coast.

I have lived in Fulda, Germany for 6 months in 2009 and have my bond certificate from this time showing that I looked after the apartment impeccably. I can supply this on request.

I don't mind how many room mates you are, I get on with everyone and enjoy a beer and chat. I lived on campus at my uni here for 3 years so enjoy the 'WG lifestyle' I would love an apartment with a mix of friendly people. My German language skills are pretty bad but I will be looking to improve greatly over the next six months.

Ich arbeite im Baugewerbe in Australien, bin ein guter tennisspieler und laeufer und bin Nichtraucher (es stoert mich nicht wenn Mitbewohner rauchen) Ich mache mein Abschlussjahr auf der Sunshine Coast Universitaet.

Ich lebte in Fulda, Deutschland fuer 6 Monate in 2009 und habe noch meinen Mietvertrag von dieser Zeit der beweist dass ich ein guter Mieter war und kann dieses wenn noetig vorlegen.

Esstoert mich nicht mit wievielen Leuten ich zusammenlebe, ich komme mit allen Leuten aus und geniesse ein Bier und gute Unterhaltung. Ich lebte am Campus hier fuer drei Jahre und geniesse den “WG Lifestyle”. Ich wuerde gerne eine Wohnung mit netten Leuten teilen. Mein Deutsch ist nicht sehr gut, wuerde e saber gerne bedeutend verbessern ueber die naechsten 6 Monate.
