Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem 160x200 Bett, zwei Regalen und einer Kleiderstange. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind auch vorhanden, sodass das nicht ectra gekauft werden muss. Dazu gehört ein eigenes Bad (s Fotos). Das Zimmer liegt im Dachgeschoss des Hauses ist aber durch die isolierenden Vorhänge auch im Sommer nicht zu warm.
The room is furnished with a 160x200 bed, two shelves and a clothes rail. Bed linen and towels are also available, so you don't have to buy them separately. This includes a private bathroom (see photos). The room is in the attic of the house but is not too warm even in summer thanks to the insulating curtains.
Zwei Strassen weiter befindet sich die nächste Bushaltestelle mit Bussen, die einen entweder zum Bahnhof in Emmerich oder zum Bahnhof in Kleve bringen. Das Haus befindet sich in einem Neubaugebiet und in einer Reihenhaussiedlung. Die Straße ist ein verkehrsberuhigter Bereich, in dem viele Familien leben. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich auch ein Wald. Ausserdem ist man mit dem Auto innerhalb 5 minuten auf der A3.
The next bus stop is two streets away and has buses that take you either to the train station in Emmerich or to the train station in Kleve. The house is located in a new development area and in a terraced housing estate. The street is a traffic-calmed area where many families live. Nevertheless it is very quiet. There is also a forest in the immediate vicinity. You can also reach the A3 in 5 minutes by car.
Wir leben selbst als Paar in dem Haus, weitere Mitbewohner gibt es nicht. Wir sind viel beruflich unterwegs, sodass wir uns wohl (leider) nicht oft begegnen werden. Da dies unser zuhause ist bitten wir darum sorgfältig mit unserem Eigentum umzugehen. Ausserdem ist es uns wichtig, dass nicht geraucht wird.
We live in the house as a couple; there are no other roommates. We travel a lot for work, so we probably (unfortunately) won't meet often. Since this is our home, we ask that you handle our property with care. It is also important to us that there is no smoking.
Wir sind jederzeit erreichbar, um auch gegebenfalls auf Zeitverschiebungen eingehen zu können. Die Kommunikation kann auf deutsch, englisch, niederländisch oder französisch erfolgen. Besichtigungen des Zimmers sind entweder vor Ort oder auch online via Whatsappvideo, FaceTime, Skype oder Teams möglich.
