Hallo,
mein Zimmer wird von Mitte Dezember bis Mitte März / Anfang Mai frei.
Ich werde im Dezember nach Kolumbien fliegen und werde deswegen mein Zimmer
untervermieten (keine Kaution nötig). Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Hochbett, Schreibtisch,
Kleiderschrank und (Couch/Fernseher). Ich verzichte auf eine Kaution, bitte nur sorgsam mit
meinen Möbeln umgehen.
Ich wohne in Emmering (Teil von Fürstenfeldbruck), das ist von der Bahn Fürstenfeldbruck
mit dem Bus 843 oder von Olching mit dem gleichen Bus gut erreichbar. Optional kann man
auch 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad fahren oder etwa 15-20 gehen. Von der S-Bahn
Fürstenfeldbruck und der S-Bahn Olching ist das Zentrum von München in 20 Minuten
erreichbar.
Wir mieten ein großes schönes Haus mit 2 sehr großen Wohnzimmern, einen großen Garten
und einen Landschaftsschutzgebiet direkt vor der Haustür. Wir haben zudem eine Langhaar
Katze (für Allergiker). Es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus.
Wir sind eine gemischte WG aus Studenten/Schülern/Berufstätigen und kochen gerne auch
miteinander. Das große Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss bietet sich an für Spiel/Film- Abende.

my Room will be free from the middle of December till the middle of march/beginning of may.
i am going to travel to columbia in the middle of dezember and sublet my Room for this time.
My room already has furniture that i sublet as well. I got a bunk bed, a wardrobe, a work
desk and a Couch/television. i do not want a Deposit for my room, just be careful with my
furniture.
i live in Emmering (Part of Fürstenfeldbruck). its reachable from Olching(S-Bahn) and
Fürstenfeldbruck(S-Bahn) with the Busline 843. From Fürstenfeldbruck(S–Bahn) you can
easily go with a bike in under 5 minutes to the train station or just walk 15-20 minutes by
foot. From the S-bahn Station of Olching or Fürstenfeldbruck you can reach munich city
centre in about 20 minutes.
We live in a very big House with 2 big living rooms, a big Garden and a little park directly in
front of our house. There are Parking slots next to our house. And we got a Cat.
we are a mixed house with students and workers and like to cook together and do things.
Our big living room in the first floor is perfect for gaming evenings or a movie night.
