Das Appartment ist mit einem Aufzug zu eirreichen ( für die sportichen gibt es natürlich auch die Treppen :D). Das Appartment hat 2 Schlafzimmer, eins von mir und eins für dich, ein Wohnzimmer, Küche, Badezimmer, Toilette und noch einen großen Abstellraum. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen Fernseher und das ganze Appartment hat eine schnelle Internetverbindung, Waschmaschine, Microwelle, Spühlmaschine und einen Ofen. Die Küche und Badezimmer wurden vor zwei Jahre renoviert. Es gibt auch einen Balkon.
Das Zimmer ist 12M² mit einem großen Fenster und es stehen schöne möbel dort drin(Bett, Bureau, Kleiderschrank). Die Miete beträgt mit allem inbegriffen €300 und €300 Kaution.

Die WG liegt nahe der Innenstadt von Enschede. Das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß 15 und mit dem Fahrrad 5 Minuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Umfeld genug, denn ein Lidl, Albert Heijn, Dirk und ein Jumbo sind weniger als 3 Minuten von der WG entfernt. Die Uni ist mit dem Fahrrad ca. 10 Minuten entfernt und die Saxion ist eine ca. 5 Minuten Fahrradfahrt entfernt.
Ich suche nach einer Mitbewohner(in), die 19 bis 30 Jahre alt ist und auch studiert oder arbeitet. Raucher sind nicht erwünscht auch nicht auf dem Balkon. Alles kann, nichts muss: das ist das Motto.
