from 01.07. we are looking for a rental company for a cozy room in our 4er-WG in Erding. The room is 16,51m2 tall, bright and offers enough space for living and sleeping. The room is rented unfurnished.
* House: The WG is located in a terraced house and is a total of 170m2.
It has 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms/WCs on 3 floors, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a large storage room in the basement and a terrace with garden.
In addition, a parking space for 74€ per month can be rented. Parking is also possible in the surrounding streets.
* Rent: The monthly rent is 740€ including additional costs and costs for Internet, GEZ and electricity.

ab dem 01.07. suchen wir eine Nachmieterin für ein gemütliches Zimmer in unserer 4er-WG in Erding. Das Zimmer ist 16,51m² groß, hell und bietet ausreichend Platz zum Wohnen und Schlafen. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet.
* Haus: Die WG befindet sich in einem Reihenendhaus und ist insgesamt 170m² groß.
Sie verfügt auf 3 Etagen über 4 Zimmer, 3 Bäder/ Toiletten, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, einen großen Abstellraum im Keller sowie eine Terrasse mit Garten.
Zusätzlich kann ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz für 74€ pro Monat angemietet werden. Parken ist in den umliegenden Straßen aber auch gut möglich.
* Miete: Die monatliche Miete beträgt 740€ inkl. Nebenkosten und Kosten für Internet, GEZ und Strom.

Just 5 minutes walk to the supermarket, bus stop and S-Bahn stop. The city centre of Erding can be reached on foot in 15 minutes so you can find some cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. In addition, there is still the so-called “Erding Park” where you have many shops in a large complex and really find everything you need.

Perfekte Anbindung an den ÖPNV.
Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Supermarkt, zur Bushaltestelle und zur S-Bahn Haltestelle. Die Innenstadt von Erding ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar, sodass man einige Cafés, Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe hat. Zudem gibt es umliegend noch den sogenannten „Erding Park“ wo man viele Geschäfte in einem großen Komplex hat und wirklich alles findet was man braucht.
We are all employees from different industries and between 25 and 27 years old. The WG life is relaxed, but also communal - in the evening we occasionally cook together, watch movies or pick up a 300kg heavy piano by ebay classifieds.
In the same way, everyone also pursues his own interests.
Wir sind alle Arbeitnehmer aus verschiedenen Branchen und zwischen 25 und 27 Jahre alt. Das WG-Leben ist entspannt, aber auch gemeinschaftlich - abends kochen wir gelegentlich zusammen, schauen Filme oder holen spontan ein 300kg schweres Klavier von ebay Kleinanzeigen.
Genauso geht aber jeder auch seinen eigenen Interessen nach.
Who we are looking for:
A woman who optimally complements our mixed WG.
You should be between 21 and 29 years old, open, straightforward and tidy. We are looking forward to someone who also likes to work together, but at the same time respects the privacy of the roommates. You should also be ready to rent the room for at least 6 months.
