5er WG auf 2 Stockwerken in einem Haus mit Garten im schönen Woltersdorf. Der Flakensee ist auf der anderen Straßenseite und wir sind umgeben von Wald. Das Zimmer hat 24m² mit Blick in den Garten und Sonnenuntergangsmagie.
Gute Anbindung trotz Stadtrand:
z.B. in 10 Minuten mit dem Bus/15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zum S-Bahnhof Erkner, von dort in 15 Minuten mit der Regio zum Ostkreuz oder mit der Tram und S-Bahn in ca. 50 Minuten zum Ostkreuz. 5 Minuten Fußweg zu Tram- und Bushaltestelle.
Die Monatsmiete beträgt 450€ und so wären es für den November 315€ und für den Dezember 362€.

5er WG in 2 floors in a house with garden in beautiful Woltersdorf. The Flakensee is on the other streetside and we are surrounded by forest.
Your room is 24m² with garden view and sunset-magic.
All of this isn't far from the city either. Going in 15min by bike to Erkner and from there with the RE to Ostkreuz in 15 min. Or around 50 min with tram + S-Bahn. Tram- and Busstation is 7min away from the house.
The monthly rent is 450€, so you would pay 315€ for nov and 362€ für dec.
