Da meine Zeit in Erlangen nun zu Ende ist, suche ich eine/n Nachmieter/in für mein Zimmer. Es geht um ein ca. 14 qm großes Zimmer in einer 3er WG im langen Johann. Die Wohnung liegt im 17. Stock und das Zimmer hat Zugang zum gemeinsamen Balkon und ist nach Westen ausgerichtet. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Des weiteren haben wir eine DSL Flatrate und einen ISDN Anschluss.
Deine zwei Potentiellen Mitbewohnerinnen sind die Caro und die Jule. Die Jule zieht auch erst im Oktober ein. Des Weiteren gibt es noch einen Kater der manchmal auf den Namen Nemo hört.
Einen Supermarkt kann man in 5 min Fußweg erreichen. Zum Zentrum sind es zu Fuß 15-20 min. Mit dem Fahrrad entsprechend schneller. Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vorm Haus
