Hallo WG-Suchender,
Wir haben ein WG-Zimmer in einem großen Haus mit Garten in Alterlangen zu vermieten. Das Zimmer hat 9 Quadratmeter, einen schönen Holzboden und Platz für dein Bett und einen Schreibtisch oder Schrank. Da es nicht so groß ist, gibt es die Möglichkeit, einen Schrank oder Regal in den Flur direkt vor deinem Zimmer zu stellen. Darüber hinaus haben wir ein großes Haus mit viel gemeinsam genutzter Fläche, sodass zu z.B. auch etwas ins Wohnzimmer stellen kannst oder dort arbeiten.
Falls du noch etwas Mobiliar brauchst, könntest du günstig etwas von unserem vorigen Mitbewohner kaufen (z.B. Bett, Matratze, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Regal, bei Interesse schicke ich Bilder). Wenn du aber deine eigenen Sachen mitbringst, ist das nicht erforderlich.
Das Zimmer ist im oberen Stock. Dort ist auch unser Zimmer (Tobi und meins), ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Dusche, WC und Fenster, und ein weiteres Zimmer, das wir ebenfalls vermieten möchten (https://www.wg-gesucht.de/wg-zimmer-in-Erlangen-Alt-Erlangen.7072467.html?nhb=1).
Da es sich um ein großes Haus handelt, haben wir viel gemeinsam genutzten Wohnraum, zum Beispiel ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, Kamin, Fernseher, Esstisch, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Tisch, ein Gäste-WC und einen großen Garten mit Außenmöbeln, Grill etc.
Das Haus hat einen Keller mit Waschraum+Waschmaschine und einen Dachboden, wo du Dinge, die du nicht oft brauchst lagern kannst.
Die Miete umfasst Zimmer, sowie ein Viertel des gemeinsam genutzten Wohnraums, Heizkosten, Strom, Internet und alles andere, was ich vergessen habe.

We have a nice room (actually two) in a big house with garden in Alterlangen for rent. Your room has about 9 squaremeters, a nice wooden floor, and enough space for your bed and desk or closet. But since it is not a big room, there is the chance to put a closet or a drawer in the hallway just next to your room and/or put some things or a workplace in our shared areas e.g. the living room.
In case you need some furniture you can buy cheaply (bed, matress, desk, closet, cupboard, if interested I send pics) of our previous roommate, who doesn’t want to take everything. But you don't have to, if you have your own stuff.
The room is on the first floor. There is also our bedroom (Tobis and mine), the bathroom with toilet, shower and extra bath tub, and a third room which is also available for rent (https://www.wg-gesucht.de/wg-zimmer-in-Erlangen-Alt-Erlangen.7072467.html?nhb=1).
Since it is a big house we have a lot of shared space for all of us, e.g. the big living room with sofa, dining table, fireplace and TV, a fully furnished kitchen with a table, a second toilet and a big garden with outside furniture, barbecue etc.
The house has a basement with a washing room, where we have a laundry machine, and the attic, where you can store some stuff you don't use often.
The total rent includes house, (oil and firewood) heating, electricity, internet and everything else I forgot.
Alterlangen ist von der Innenstadt aus gesehen direkt auf der anderen Seite des Flusses. Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt können innerhalb weniger Minuten (5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad, 25 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle und dann wenige Minuten mit dem Bus) erreicht werden. Falls du ein Auto hast wirst du hier keine Parkplatzprobleme haben, da wir unsere eigene Einfahrt und auch genug Platz am Straßenrand haben.
Geschäfte wie Edeka, E-Center, Ärzte, Apotheke, Bäcker usw. sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.
Alterlangen is just at the other side of the river and you can reach the central station and inner city within a 25 minute walk, a 5 minute bike ride or a 5 minute walk to the bus and then some minutes driving.
In case you have a car, there is no problem to find a parking spot, since we have our own driveway and plenty of space on the street.
Local stores like grocery (Edeka and E-Center), doctors, pharmacy, bakery, etc. are close (walking and bike distance).
We have our own garden, so you can enjoy some sun hours during summer and have a barbecue once in a while.
Wir sind eine Suchttherapeutin (Lara, 28) und ein Doktorand in Thermodynamik (Tobi, 29) und wohnen hier seit etwas über einem Jahr. Unser Mitbewohner zieht wegen eines Jobs Ende Januar weg. Tobi und ich sind seit vielen Jahren zusammen, wir sind aber kein coupely Pärchen, dass die ganze Zeit aufeinander hängt. Durch die Arbeit und andere Aktivitäten sind wir beide viel außer Haus. Wenn wir zuhause sind, schauen wir gerne Filme oder Serien, zocken X-Box/PS, spielen Gitarre oder trinken mal ein Bier oder Gin Tonic Alles auch gerne mit Mitbewohnern zusammen.
Hier wohnen auch zwei Katzen, Merlin und Rhia. Im Sommer sind so gut wie immer draußen, im Winter breiten sie sich auf dem Sofa aus. Wir sind Gelegenheitsraucher, rauchen aber nur draußen, und „flexitarisch“, essen also wenig Fleisch.
Wenn wir ähnliche Sachen mögen, fand ich es in der Vergangenheit ganz gut, einige Lebensmittel zusammen zu kaufen und gemeinsam zu kochen, aber das können wir ja dann entscheiden, ob es passt. Dasselbe trifft bei Haushalt und Saubermachen zu; wenn wir ein ähnliches Level haben, ist es entspannter ohne strengen Putzplan, aber lässt sich alles ausmachen, wenn man dann gemeinsam wohnt.
Dinge die Tobi oder ich oder wir beide mögen: Post Rock, Kunst, Malen, Nerd-Stuff, Psychologie, Kaffee, Thermodynamik, Fick’sche Gesetze, Ingwer, Lesen, Die Waltons, Haruki Murakami, Star Wars- oder Herr der Ringe-Abende, Gitarre spielen, Stoner Rock, das Internet, weirde Filme, mehr Kaffee, Festivals, dieses dämliche Football-Spiel auf der X-Box, Gin and Tonic, die Katzen, Ggemüse, Casual Nihilism™, Reese's Pieces, Granny's (die Irish Bar), Cheddar cheese sandwiches, die Seltsamkeit des Seins, Yoga, düstere Memes, Diskussionen über die Gesellschaft, und das Übliche.

We are an addiction therapist (Lara, 28) and a doctoral candidate in thermodynamics (Tobi, 29) and lived here for over a year now with our roommate who is moving away in january for a new job. Tobi and I have been together for many years, but we're not the couplely couple type. Both of us, especially Tobi are not home that much due to work and other activities. Whenever we are we'd enjoy to watch some movies or series together, playing x-box /PS4 or guitar, or having a beer or gin tonic / spicy ginger :). And good food obviously.
We have two cats, Merlin and Rhia, which live outside mostly during summer, but lie around all over the couch in winter. We are occassional smokers but only smoke outside. We are "flexitarian", so we eat meat very seldom.
If we are compatible with our food choices we usually find it easier to share most of the food and cook all together. But that's up to all of us if we think it makes sense. Same is for cleaning and household stuffs; usually we like to live without strict cleaning plans but it just depends on if we can find the same level :)
Things that I or Tobi or both of us like: post rock, art, painting, nerdy things, psychology, coffee, thermodynamics, Fick'sche Gesetze, ginger, reading, The Waltons, Haruki Murakami, ritual Star Wars or LOTR nights, playing guitar, stoner rock, the internet, weird movies, more coffee, festivals, that stupid football game on x-box, gin and tonic, the cats, vegetables, casual nihilism™, reese's pieces, Granny's (the irish bar), cheddar cheese sandwiches, the weirdness of being, yoga, dark memes, political rant, and the usual stuff.
Important note: We are also renting out another room (https://www.wg-gesucht.de/wg-zimmer-in-Erlangen-Alt-Erlangen.7072467.html?nhb=1), so we would be four people all in all.
