Hallo,
es geht um ein Zimmer in einer 3er WG. Ich ziehe zum 1. März leider aus der WG aus, da ich in Stuttgart ein Praktikum mache und danach erstmal noch für ein Semester in Regensburg bin.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 18qm groß, während die ganze Wohnung 80qm hat und befindet sich im 12. Stock.
Je nachdem ob daran Interesse besteht könnte ich meine Möbel im Zimmer lassen (natürlich mit Abschlag) oder auch mitnehmen.
Die Wohnung ist mit Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd und allen möglichen Küchengeräten gut ausgestattet, im geräumigen Gang befindet sich ein Sofa und zwei Sessel quasi als Wohnzimmer.
In den 306€ Miete ist alles dabei, also Strom, Internet, Wasser, Heizung und Telefon. Meistens erhält man sogar noch eine gute Rückzahlung was die Heizkosten angeht.
Mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man hier alles innnerhalb von 5-10min:

Fahrradstellplätze sind natürlich da. Für Autos gibt es auch genügend Parkplätze, lediglich abends ist es manchmal eng. Es können auch Stellplätze gemietet werden.
Wir sind zu dritt in der WG. Die anderen beiden Zimmer sind ebenfalls von Studenten (sie Medizin, er Werkstofftechnik) besetzt. Alle natürlich sehr nett und über 2 Jahre ans WG-Leben gewöhnt.
Meine Nummer ist angegeben, Besichtigungen wären ab nächster Woche möglich (Diese Woche ist es wegen Klausuren etwas eng).
