Dein Zimmer ist etwa 11 qm groß und kann möbliert oder ohne Möbel übergeben werden. Es hat eine sehr gute Form und bietet deshalb optimal Platz für alle Möbel. Die Wohnung enthält noch 2 weitere WG-Zimmer, sowie eine Küche mit allen wichtigen Geräten, ein Bad mit Badewanne, einen relativ großen Flur, der zum Wohnzimmer umfunktioniert wurde und einen Wintergarten (Loggia).
Die Wohnung liegt etwa 2 km vom Erlanger Bahnhof entfert, 1km von der nächsten S-Bahn Station und hat eine sehr gute Anbindung zur Autobahn (A 73). Mit dem Fahrrad, das du in Erlangen unbedingt brauchst, erreicht man alle wichtigen Orte in unter 15 Minuten.
Diese WG ist keine Zweck-WG!! Wir unternehmen sehr oft gemeinsam etwas. Es wird zum Beispiel zusammen gekocht und gegessen, abends etwas Trash-TV geschaut und gemeinsame Partynächte stehen auch auf dem Programm. Unter der Woche steht eher ein gemütliches Feierabendbier auf dem Plan, anstatt lange feiern zu gehen.
