Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert und hell mit schönem Blick auf den Isarpark. Im Inventar enthalten sind ein großes Bett, ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und ein großer Schrank. Die Internetgeschwindigkeit beträgt 100.000 kbit/s ohne monatliche Drosselung.
Das Stadtzentrum von Erlangen ist in ca. 10 min mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, das Südgelände der Universität ist in ca. 15 min erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe (4 min zu Fuß) befinden sich ein Supermarkt, eine Apotheke, ein Geldautomat sowie weitere Geschäfte. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Isarpark, in dem man im Sommer gut entspannen kann.
Der Mitbewohner ist ein ruhiger Bachelorstudent und den Sommer über teilweise für Praktika anwesend. In der Küche finden sich ein Mikrowellenofen, ein Herd und eine Spüle; das Bad beinhaltet eine Badewanne mit Dusche sowie eine Toilette.
