Das freie Zimmer hat 10qm, ein großes Westfenster und wird unmöbliert vermietet.
In den insgesamt 230€ sind Wasser, Strom, Internet etc enthalten. Die Kaution liegt bei 500€.
Die Wohnung hat knappe 70 qm, eine geräumige Gemeinschaftsküche, in der auch das WG-Leben stattfindet und die inkl. Waschmaschine und großem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach voll ausgestattet ist. Wir haben ein eher kleines Bad (leider ohne Fenster) dafür aber einen schön großen Balkon und ein kleine Abstellkammer.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock, es gibt 2 Aufzüge im Haus, allerdings ist vor dem Hauseingang eine kleine Treppe und die Wohnung somit nicht barrierefrei.
Es gibt auch ein Kellerabteil, welches wir gemeinschaftlich nutzen.
The free room is 10 sq m big, has a big window to the west and will be rented without furniture. The rent is 230 € and includes all expenses (water, internet, ...). The deposit will be 500 €.
The 70 sq m apartment has a shared kitchen and bathromm (without window), a small storeroom and a nice east-facing balkony. There are two lifts in the building, but unfortunatly there is a small staircase in front of the front door and the apartment (third story) is therefore not accessible.
There is a cellar compartement, which we use together.
Das Haus liegt 2 km von der Innenstadt entfernt. Bis zur Bushaltestelle sind es 5 min Fußweg, eine Verbindung in die Innenstadt gibt es alle 10 min. Die wichtigesten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Bäcker, Apotheke, Bank, usw.) sind ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. In die Innenstadt brauch man mit dem Rad etwa 10 min, zur TechFak 15 min.
Der Wiesengrund ist auch gleich ums Eck.
Das Haus liegt nah (um nicht zu sagen direkt) an der Autobahn, aber der Balkon zeigt Richtung Wiese und Bäume.
The building is 2km from town. The next bus stop is 5min by foot, and there are connections to town every 10min. All important shopping facilities (pharmacy, Netto, bakery, bank etc.) are close as well. To town you need 10min with the bike, to the TechFak around 15min.
Wiesengrund, a beautiful area for sports and relaxing, is also just a few minutes away.
The building is right next to the highway, but the balcony is to the other side with tress right in front of it.
Wir sind Wiebke(24) und Lena (22) und studieren beide Medizin im 7. Semester.
Unser 3. Zimmer in der WG ist bis Oktober frei und wir suchen daher jemanden zur Zwischenmiete.
Wir werden in den Semesterferien (August+September) allerdings nicht in Erlangen sein.
We, Wiebke (24) and Lena (22), are medical students in our 7th semester.
Our 3rd room will be free until October and therefore we are looking for a roommate.
During semester break (August+September) wo won't be in Erlangen.
