Für die Zeit vom 6. Februar bis zum 12. April suche ich eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für mein Zimmer in einer gemütlichen 4er-WG. Das Zimmer ist groß (über 20qm), hell (2 Fenster) und hat Zugang zu einem der 2 Balkone der Wohnung. Ausgestattet ist es mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Sofa, Regal, Schrank und Kommode. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was eine WG benötigt: genügend Platz, eine gemütliche Sitzecke, ein Bad und eine zusätzliche Gästetoilette, 2 Balkons, Küche, Waschmaschine etc.
Über den genauen Zeitraum können wir natürlich noch reden.
Mit Bus oder Fahrrad ist man in 10 bis 15 Minuten im Stadtzentrum, die Busse fahren etwa jede halbe Stunde.
15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad ins Südgelände der Uni.
In der Miete sind Internet und Telefonflatrate enthalten.
