Hey ihr Wohnungssuchenden,
Unsere Wohnung ist 80 qm groß, hat drei Zimmer, wobei die zwei kleineren meiner mitbewohnerin gehören und das große dann deins sein würde :-), einen großen flur und verfügt über alles was man so gebrauchen kann ( Waschmaschine, Küche etc.).
Mein Zimmer ist 22 qm groß und hat einen riesen Balkon ( ca. 6qm groß). Wir wohnen in Bruck, d.h. mit dem Bus ist man in 5 min in der Innenstadt und mit dem Fahrrad in 10-15 min. Die Bushaltestelle liegt 4 min von uns entfernt und die Busse fahren im 15 min Takt.
Das Zimmer wäre ab Juli / August frei und kostet monatlich 300 Euro warm + 20 Euro Strom.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist 21 Jahre alt und studiert Lehramt. Die neue Mitbewohnerin sollte lustig und spontan sein und auch mal den Putzlappen schwingen können :-). Zudem sind wir keine Zweck WG und deshalb sind auch gemeinsame Unternehmungen, aber auch gemütliche Quatsch- und DVD -Abende angesagt.
