Hallo,
da ich für ein einmonatiges Praktikum nach München gehe, vermiete ich mein schönes, helles (Mädchen-) Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist 18,5 m2 groß und ist mit Schrank, Bett, Sessel, Teppich, Schreibtisch etc. ausgestattet und hat einen Balkon. Mein Mitbewohner ist sehr nett und unkompliziert, wenn auch selten da ;).
Die Wohnung ist ca. 5-10 min vom Zentrum und der Uni entfernt, zu Bushaltestelle sind es auch 5 min zu Fuß.
Es gibt einen Fahrradschuppen und die Wiese zwischen den Häusern kann als Garten genutzt werden.
