Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und geräumig. Im Sommer kann man auf dem Balkon chillen und Blumen pflanzen, wenn man möchte. Aus dem 6. Stock ist vor allem abends die Aussicht auf den Himmel sehr schön; da das Zimmer im Westen liegt, kann man ab und zu einen Panorama-Sonnenuntergang beobachten ;)
Insgesamt hat die Wohnung 2 Zimmer, Küche und Bad (wobei die Toilette auch noch ein kleiner separater Raum ist)
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist gut, eine Bushaltestelle ist gleich vor der Haustür. Mit dem Bus dauerts ca. 10 Min. in die Stadt, mit dem Rad 15 Min., wenn man gemütlich fährt. Einkaufen kann man im Supermarkt um die Ecke (dauert zu Fuß ca. 5 Min.).
Meine Mitbewohnerin Laura studiert Jura und wird wohl noch 2 Jahre in Erlangen wohnen. Sie sucht ab Mitte Januar eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in, da ich zu meinem Freund ziehen werde.
