Es ist ein ca. 25m² großes Zimmer mit Zugang zum Balkon zur Untermiete verfügbar.
Die Küche ist möbliert, mit Sitzgelegenheit. Das Bad bietet eine Badewanne sowie eine Waschmaschine. Das WC ist in einem separater Raum.
Die Wohnung liegt in Erlangen Bruck, max. 5 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle Max-Planck-Str.. Mit dem Fahhrad sind es ca. 15 Minuten in die Stadt. Es gibt gute Parkmöglichkeit, es ist auch möglich einen Stellplatz zu mieten.
Ich bin 31 Jahre alt und arbeite am Uniklinikum. Meine Mitbewohnerin zieht Ende Januar aus. Ich finde alleine wohnen nicht so prickelnd und suche daher einen Nachmieter. Es kann sich dabei um eine Zweck-WG handeln, gerne wenns passt kann was zusammen unternehmen.
Eine Besichtigung der Wohnung ist ab dem 16.01.17 (mit Termin) möglich.
