Die Wohnung wurde im Juli 2018 nach einer Renovierung neu bezogen. Das Zimmer ist als Wohnzimmer geplant weshalb es fast die Hälfte der gesamten Wohnfläche einnimmt. Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Zimmern + Bad + Küche. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, kann aber nach Wunsch zu einem gewissen Grad ausgeräumt werden. Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock ohne Aufzug über einem Autohaus. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hat man im Normalfall keine Probleme mit Umgebungslärm. Der Balkon ist in Richtung Straße, nachts herrscht jedoch kein Verkehr
Die S-BAHN Station Erlangen Bruck ist 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Diese braucht zum Erlanger Hbf 3 Minuten. Der Siemens Campus ist direkt gegenüber. 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt befindet sich ein Aldi Süd, Rewe, Rewe Getränkemarkt, Burger King, Deichmann, DM, sowie eine Post Station.
Der verbleibende Mitbewohner ist Jan, 22, dualer Student. Arbeitet den Tag über, meist am Wochenende da, hockt sich gerne am Abend auf ein Bier und Musik zusammen.
Auf Sauberkeit wird geachtet, es gibt einen Wöchentlichen Putzplan, die Arbeit ist aber in 20 min erledigt.
