In unserem WG-Haus wird ein Zimmer zum 16. Februar 2014 frei. Das Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist 13 m² groß. Ohne Probleme passen hier ein großer Schreibtisch, ein Kleiderschrank, ein großes Bett und eine Couch rein. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet.
Wenn es Dir in deinem Zimmer mal zu eng wird, kannst du es dir im 1. OG gemütlich machen. Hier wartet ein ca. 25 m² großer Ess- und Wohnbereich mit einer großen Sitzecke und einem großen Esstisch. Das Haus bietet insgesamt ca. 120 m²! Darin enthalten sind zu den anderen Zimmern deiner Mitbewohner noch zwei WC´s sowie ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Außerdem können wir noch Keller, Dachboden und Garage belagern. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf unseren riesigen Garten. Unser Prachtstück (inkl. WG-Apfelbaum und Gartenhäuschen!) bietet übrigens genug Platz zur kreativen Bepflanzung!
Our room in a shared house is available from 16 February 2014. The room is located on the ground floor and is 13 m² in size. It can fit a large desk, wardrobe, large bed and a couch inside without a problem . The room is rented unfurnished. The house is very spacious so you won’t be stuck in a small room all of the time. It includes a large 25 sqm dining area with dining table and a living area with a large couch. The house has a total of about 120 m². This includes the other rooms of your roommates, two toilets and a bathroom with bathtub. Furthermore, the house also contains a basement, attic and garage. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of our huge garden. Our gem (Incl. WG-apple tree and garden shed!) with lots of space to plant anything you like.
Das Haus befindet sich im nördlichen Teil von Erlangen (Bubenreuth). Eine Bushaltestelle gibt es direkt am Straßenanfang (ca. 2 Min). Aber auch mit dem Fahrrad kann man das Zentrum in 10 Min. erreichen. Nur wenige Fahrradminuten entfernt gibt es einen Edeka, Rewe und Aldi. Außerdem kann man locker zu Fuß eine Apotheke, einen Bäcker, eine Sparkasse, eine Pizzeria und eine Post erreichen. Alles in allem ist es eine ruhige Lage aber trotzdem sehr nah am Zentrum gelegen.
The house is in the northern part of Erlangen (Bubenreuth). A bus stop is right at the beginning of the street (about 2 minutes). By bike you can reach the town center in 10 minutes. There are three supermarkets only a few minutes away by bike, (Edeka, Rewe and Aldi). In addition, a very short walk from the house is a pharmacy, bakery, bank, pizzeria and a post office. All in all it is a quiet location but still very close to the town center.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner haben alle kürzlich ihr Studium beendet, wissen das Studentenleben aber noch zu schätzen ;)
Nadine, 26 Jahre, ist in der Optikbranche tätig, Jasmin, auch 26, arbeitet im Theater und Johannes, 27 Jahre, arbeitet als Ingenieur. Also ein bunt gemischter Haufen, der sich gut versteht und gerne grillt, die eine oder andere Party feiert oder einfach nur einen gemütlichen Abend miteinander verbringt.
Your future roommates have all recently completed their studies, know the student life, but still appreciate ;) Nadine, 26 years, has been working in the optical industry, Jasmine, also 26, works in a theater, and John, 27, works as an engineer. We are a mixed bunch who like to cook, celebrate with the occasional party or simply spend a leisurely evening together.
