Das Zimmer ist groß, sonnig und hell und befindet sich im 2. Stock. Es ist voll möbliert und beinhaltet eine kleine Küchenzeile. Das Badezimmer muss mit einem weiteren Bewohner (Student)geteilt werden. Zum Zentrum und zum Uni-Südgelände sind es mit dem Rad ca. 15 Min. Das Haus befindet sich am Waldrand in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, d.h. zum Joggen kann man sich direkt vor der Haustür die Sportschuhe anziehen. Wochenendheimfahrer werden bevorzugt (deshalb ist auch die Miete recht günstig)!
Sehr schöne Wohngegend, da stadtnah (15 Min. per Rad ins Zentrum) und im Grünen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe (mit dem Rad 3 Minuten)
Der Mitbewohner ist Student, 20 J. alt. Es handelt sich eher um eine Zweck-WG.
