Das Zimmer ist voll möbiliert und 18 qm groß. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhiger Gegend neben dem Wald, direkt am Burgberg, im 1.OG mit Aufzug . Die ist insgesamt 46 qm groß und verfügt über Dusche und WC sowie eine Pantryküche. Zudem befindet sich auf jedem Stockwerk eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit Backofen und Aufenthaltsbereich. Stellplätze am Haus können kostenpflichtig angemietet werden.
Im Keller befindet sich ein Waschraum mit 3 Waschmaschinen (1€ pro Waschgang) und 2 Trocknern (auch 1€ pro Trockengang), sowie ein Trockenraum. Außerdem gibt es eine Kellerbar zum Aufenthalt oder zur Veranstaltung von Parties.
Ihr Mitbewohner heisst David und ist WiWi Student aus Köln.
