Hallo liebe WG-Suchende,
Da ich für drei Monate im Ausland bin, möchte ich mein geliebtes Zimmer für diese Zeit untervermieten. Das Zimmer ist Teil einer wunderschönen großen Altbau-Villa namens Erika-Beyer-Haus. Insgesamt gibt es 15 MitbewohnerInnen auf drei Etagen verteilt, so dass man keine Angst vor Einsamkeit haben muss. Wir verstehen uns als Gemeinschaft und nicht als keine Zweck-WG. Es wird gerne mal zusammen gekocht, Kaffee getrunken, Sport gemacht, ein Film geschaut oder was sich sonst noch so ergibt. Natürlich ist es auch vollkommen ok, sich mal in die eigenen Gemächer zurückzuziehen. Die haben nämlich auch einiges zu bieten: Hohe Decke, alte Dielen, einen großen Balkon und einen Erker, der das Zimmer noch gemütlicher macht. Und das Beste: Du hast keinen Umzugsstress, denn das Zimmer ist voll möbliert ;-)
Wenn Du Dir vorstellen kannst drei Monate Teil dieser tollen Wohngemeinschaft zu sein, schreib mir gerne ein paar Sätze zu Dir, Deinen Interessen und Vorstellungen/Erwartungen und warum Du am liebsten bei uns und nicht woanders wohnen würdest.
Dear searcher of a shared flat:
Since I'll be abroad for three months I want to sublet my beloved room during this time. The room is part of a wonderful big old villa called Erika-Beyer-Haus. In total we are 15 people allocated to three floors so don't be afraid of feeling lonely. We see ourselves as community and don't share a house purely on economic reasons. We like to spend time together such as cooking, drinking coffee, doing sports, watching a movie and so on... Of course it's not a problem if you sometimes need to withdraw into you own room to have some time for yourself as well. The room also has a lot to offer: High ceiling, old floorboards, a big balcony and bump-out that makes it even more cozy. And the best thing is that you won't have any stress with the move since the room is fully furnished ;-)
If you consider being part of our community for three months feel free to write me a few sentences about you, your interests and expectations and why you prefer living with us instead of anywhere else.
Das Haus ist im Norden Erlangens in der Nähe des Bergkirchweih-Geländes. Sehr ruhig und grün aber trotzdem nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum. Gegenüber vom Haus ist eine Bushaltestelle. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5-10 Minuten im Zentrum.
The house is located in the north of Erlangen close to the Bergkirchweih-area. It's very calm and green but still close to the city center. In front of the house there's a bus stop. With the bicycle it takes around 5 to 10 minutes to the center.
