Dein Zimmer hat 13 qm mit Fenster zum Balkon. Küche (mit Spülmaschine!) und Badezimmer sind gemeinschaftlich. Zusätzlich ist ein Gäste-WC, ein Waschraum mit Maschine, ein großer Balkon, Gartennutzung und ein absperrbarer Fahrradstellplatz vorhanden.
In Eltersdorf im Wohngebiet. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich um die Ecke.

Wir suchen ab sofort einen neuen Mitbewohner (m/w) für unsere 4er WG, der vor hat länger in Erlangen zu bleiben. Wir sind im Alter von 23-27 Jahren und eine Mischung aus Studenten- und. Berufstätigen-WG. Abends kochen wir meistens zusammen und unternehmen öfters was gemeinsam (Klettern, Schwimmen, Spiele, Party, etc.). Generell sind wir für jeden offen, der auch aktiv am WG-Leben teilnimmt, zu uns passt und im besten Fall schon WG-Erfahrung mitbringt.
Wir sind alle Nichtraucher. Rauchen auf dem Balkon ist für uns kein Problem.
