Hallo,
ich werde in eine andere Stadt ziehen und möchte daher meine Wohnung, also keine WG, untervermieten. Voererst für ein halbes Jahr (Probezeit) Danach kann verlängert werden oder komplett übernommen werden. Die Wohnung wird möbiliert bzw teilmöbiliert übergeben. Es kommt drauf an was ich für meine neue Wohnung/WG Zimmer brauche.
Lage: Genial.. direkt am Berg, Zirkel, 5min Ewerk/Kaufland, 10-15min Arcaden zu fuss. Bushalte Martin Luther Platz in 2min zu erreichen.
Für 30 Euro kann ein PKW Stellplatz in einen Parkhaus übernommenw erden. ca. 800 m von der Wohnung entfernt:
Miete 400 Euro mit Internet/Telefon das noch auf mich läuft. Es ist eine Altbauwohnung und es war früher ein Büro. wurde umgebaut. Man muss es sich anschauen und dann kann ich dazu noch einige sachen sagen :)
Nur FRAUEN! vorallem ist sie auch sehr weblich eingerichtet :)
