Hallo liebe WG-Suchende,
ich werde Mitte August schweren Herzens aus meinem Zimmer ausziehen und suche daher einen Nachmieter.
Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig (4x5m), hat eine hohe Decke sowie einen kleinen Erker mit großem Fenster. Die Küche der WG ist sehr bunt eingerichtet :) und hat einen Balkon (Südlage). Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Das Bad ist mit einer Dusche versehen; die Toilette ist separat.
Die WG liegt sehr zentrumsnah (5 Minuten von E-Werk und Martin-Luther-Platz entfernt).
Zur Zeit wohnen wir zu viert in der WG (2 Frauen und 2 Männer)
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, gehen gerne mal was zusammen trinken und suchen daher einen aufgeschlossenen und kommunikativen Nachmieter, der längerfristig wohnen bleibt.
