Das Zimmer ist ca 10qm groß, voll möbliert. Es handelt sich um eine 2er WG in einem Studentenwohnheim, weshalb du immatrikulierter Student sein müsstest. Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Zimmern, einem Esszimmer/Küche/Gang-Zimmer und einem kleinen Bad. An Kochzeug wäre eigentlich alles vorhanden, sodass du ausser einer Bettdecke quasi nichts mitbringen müsstest.
Die Wohnung ist in zentraler Lage im Norden Erlangens, ca 3 Minuten zu Fuß zur Bergkirchweih ;), und ca 5-10 Minuten Fußmarsch zum Audimax bzw in die Innenstadt.
Einkaufstechnisch sind sowohl Kaufland als auch Norma sehr schnell zu erreichen. Es fahren auch Busse direkt an die technische Fakultät.
Zu mir(dein Mitbewohner): ich studiere Maschinenbau, bin stressfrei und nicht überpenibel, falls mal die schuhe schief im Eingang stehen. Kochen tu ich gern, Bieriges beisammensitzen is auch nie verkehrt :). Achso, und klettern tu ich sehr viel und sehr vernarrt :P
Am besten ihr schreibt mir ne Mail und wir treffen uns dann mal. Optimal wäre sogar heute schon :)
Achso, die Miete wären 240 Euro warm und evtl noch der halbe GEZ-Satz.
