Large 22 square meter room with plenty of light and large windows in a large, WG-Flatshare house in Bubenreuth/Erlangen-Nord. The rent is flat 440 total with furniture, utilities, and rent along with an 800 deposit.
The furniture included has everything you need(Bed, Desks, Wardrobe, Nightstand, etc.), and there's plenty of space for more :)
Shared kitchen (fully equipped), 2 bathrooms, laundry machine, and dining/common area to use with your lovely roommates.
A 1 minute walk to the bus stop followed by a 10 minute bus ride to the Erlangen City Center (Hauptbanhof).
Biking is very quick as well (10-15 min)
The house is in a very peaceful neighborhood with a great view. An Aldi and Rewe are relatively close by as well.
Shared with 4 roommates (5th one is never here) who are Chinese, Bosnian, and Syrian. They're all very friendly and clean. We're all fairly busy students, but we'll cook together and talk with each other some nights. It's very casual and friendly :)
Everyone speaks English and/or Deutsch so anyone is welcome to join!
Due to a unforeseen circumstances, I need to move back to Canada as soon as possible. The room has to be rented until October 31st minimum! Looking for someone to take the room starting from August., though they can move in bit earlier if needed.
As long as you're chill, friendly, and clean you'll fit in just fine :)
