Das vermietete Zimmer ist super einzurichten, da es quadratisch geschnitten ist.
Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster mit SüdWest ausrichtung, wird dementsprechend gerne von der Sonne besucht.
Die Hauptstr. ist hörbar, aber mir noch nie als Störend vorgekommen
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Altbaus.
Der Boden ist aus Naturpakett, die Wände weiss gestrichen. Jede Wand verfügt über Steckdosen
Die Wohnung liegt an einer Hauptstr., ist Fußweg etwa 2min von diversen Bushaltestellen entfernt und gut auch mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Restaurants, Tankstellen, die Berufsschule und weitere Verkaufsstellen, aber auch Poststellen. Eine Apotheke, mehrere Friseure befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Ein großer Kaufland ist ca. 2min mit dem Auto entfernt
Ich bin bisher noch alleine in der Wohnung, aber freue mich dich bald bei mir zu haben. Ich bin vor kurzem aus Berlin nach Erlangen gezogen.
Ich arbeite für eine Kaffeerösterei und Kaffeemaschinenhersteller. Dort bin ich als Außendienst angestellt, also kann nie vorplanen wann ich unter dem Tag zuhause bin.
Zumeist bin ich aber 9to5 unterwegs.
