Die WG besteht aus drei Zimmern: zwei Schlafzimmer (eines für uns, eines für Dich) und ein 24 m² großes gemeinsames Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Fernseher und Balkon. Dazu gibts ein Bad und ein Gäste-WC.
Dein Zimmer kann auf Wunsch mit einem Schrank und einem Bett ausgestattet werden (lagert bisher im Keller).
Our flat has three rooms. Two bedrooms (one for us, one for you) and a 24 m² shared living room with flat screen and balcony. In addition, there is a bathroom and a separate toilet. Your room can be equipped with a bed and a wardrobe.
Das Haus liegt direkt an der Hartmannstraße in der Nähe des Röthelheimparks. Da die Fassade und die Fenster 2013 renoviert und ausgetauscht worden sind, ist vom Straßenlärm fast nichts zu hören. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, die Uni und die Innenstadt sind mit dem Rad jeweils 5-10 min entfernt. Es sind drei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe, zu Fuß alle in etwa 5 min zu erreichen. Der Röthelheimpark ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt und dort gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
The flat is located in "Hartmannstraße", near the "Röthelheimpark". The whole house was renovated in 2013, therefore well isolated and we don't hear the street noise. The next supermarket and bus stops (3 in total) are just a few minutes away and we nee about 5-10 minutes to get to the university and city center by bike.
Hallo lieber Zimmersuchende,
wir sind Anja und Michael und suchen (ja, obwohl wir ein Pärchen sind ;-)), eine/n Mitbewohner/in zur Zwischenmiete bis Mitte Oktober. Unsere bisherige Mitbewohnerin ist kürzlich mit ihrem Freund zusammen gezogen, weshalb ihr ehemaliges Zimmer nun leer steht.
Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wenn wir wieder jemanden finden, der gerne Zeit mit seiner WG verbringt, keine Vorurteile gegen Pärchen-Freunde hat (wir sind gut erträglich ;-)) und keinen Putzplan zum Putzen braucht, sondern Sauberkeit und Ordnung mag.
Eine Beschreibung von uns in einem Satz:
Wir studieren, beziehungsweise arbeiten, klettern gerne und machen sonstigen Sport, kochen und essen zusammen wenn Zeit ist und verbringen auch gerne mal einen ruhigen Abend.

Hi,
we (Anja and Michael) are looking for a intermediate roommate (the room is free until mid of October), although we are a couple ;-). Our previous roommate moved into another flat with her boyfriend and now her former room is available.
We would be happy if we find someone who likes living in a shared flat and doesn't need a cleaning roster. We are studying and working, respectively, like to go climbing and doing other sports. Besides, we like cooking and eating or drinking an after hours/work beer together :).
