Einer meiner Mitbewohner ist nun schon ausgezogen, der andere startet bald zu einem Studienaufenthalt in den USA, deshalb werden 2 Zimmer frei.
Zur Wohnung:
Es ist eine 90 m² große Galleriewohnung mit 3 Zimmern, einer Küche, zwei Bäder mit Badewanne/Dusche und einem großen Wohnzimmer.
Das Zimmer ist 10 m² groß und schon möbiliert die Miete liegt bei 290€ inkl. NK.
Internet, Telefon, Heizung,.. ist alles dabei.
Ich glaube das wäre das Wichtigste, bei Fragen einfach bei mir melden ;-)
Die Wohnung ist wie schon gesagt in Uttenreuth, also ungefähr 6 km von der Uni weg. Ist aber gut mit dem Rad zu erreichen und ein Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür.
Ein Rewe sowie mehrere Getränkemärkte sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden sich aber natürlich auch in Erlangen.
