Hallo,
Wir suchen einen /eine nette(n) ZwischenmieterIn für mein Zimmer in einem schönen modernen Neubau, da ich ein Auslandssemester ab dem 13. Januar mache. Das Zimmer ist 15qm groß, Schreibtisch, Bett, zwei Kleiderschränke, Regal und Fernseher können genutzt werden.
Über das Zimmer hinaus hat die Wohnung ein großes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, 2 Toiletten und eine große Dusche.
Die Wohnung befindet sich am Röthelheimcampus, im Umkreis von 100m befindet sich ein Aldi, Kaufland, Becker, DM und die Bushaltestelle.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist die Innenstadt, sowie die Technische Fakultät in 5min zu erreichen.
In der Wg wohnen eine 22 jährige Praktikantin von Puma sowie ein 22 jähriger Energietechnik Student. Auch wenn jeder seinen eigenen Tagesablauf hat, möchten wir allerdings keine Zweck-Wg. Wir kochen oder unternehmen öfters etwas gemeinsam. Wir fänden es toll, wenn du darauf auch Lust hast und würden uns freuen dich kennen zu lernen.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 13.1.16 bis (auf jeden Fall) 30.6.16 frei.
